To enter an award, click on 'Submit your entries' button to access the entry form and complete all sections.
Your written submission must be completed online using no more than 1000 words. The entry should show how you meet all the criteria listed in your chosen category. These can be summarised as follows:
Objective: Describe the objectives and goals that lead to the implementation of your initiative - up to 200 words.
Strategy: Describe your entry’s strategy, implementation and key features - up to 500 words.
Results: Lay out the results of your work and how it successfully met your objectives - up to 300 words.
Additional information: You may include any additional information that will help judges evaluate innovation and success of product, including research details, sales results, client testimonials, videos, etc. Images must be .jpg or .png, 2MB max size.
Team recognition: Give credit to all the people who contributed to your entry’s success!
